Introduction
In light of the growing interest in Brazilian corporate law among professionals residing in the United States, we decided to expand IBRADEMP's scope and launch activities sponsored by us in New York.
Our objective is to include in one single discussion forum, all the professionals that work with the Brazilian market who reside in New York - lawyers, business people and investment bankers, among others - to discuss technical subjects related to Brazilian corporate law, its evolution in Brazil and the repercussions abroad.
We seek to contribute to the development of Brazilian corporate law through, mainly, comparative studies and the exchange of information between professionals residing in the United States and Brazil. We count on your support,
